Today I have another fun and easy way to do a joint venture with another mom who also works at home online.

Write a small report together

This can be as simple as the article idea only kicking it up a notch by asking for some more cooperation from the partners. You’ll work together in creating the report; giving both of you credit and links back to your websites.

• Make sure your report has useful information and isn’t just a big sales pitch.
• Use your unique voice and have your joint venture partner use her unique voice as well. Brainstorm the outline of your report together so that each of you is talking (writing) about the topic that you are the most excited and knowledgeable about.
• Most people who are reading your report are already online. That makes it an easy click to get to your website or store! Exactly the response we want when we work at home online.

Give away the report for free

The resulting small report can then be given away by both partners on their website. Or you can even turn it into a viral tool and allow others to freely give it away with the understanding that they cannot remove your author info or links.

• Find relevant forums, blogs and websites that you can offer your report for free.
• Please remember, be kind and treat others like you want them to treat your website.

Sell the report for profit

Alternatively, if you wish to sell the small report you can jointly purchase a domain and set up a mini site, work on the sales letter together, co-sign it and split the profits. This may be a lot to chew for a young joint venture relationship – you don’t want to start mixing money too soon.
